Yes rightly said that we should make room and learn from our existing situation and experiences rather than to stick to repenting over present bad time. Change is always for better. Everyone should move on. 🙏

    * Each of us must understand that our time in this world is so short, that darkening it with useless arguments, jealousy, not forgiving others, discontentment and bad attitude are a ridiculous waste of time and energy.
    * Why do we carry extra luggage/ burden in our heads that he/ she said this about me, that I was insulted, etc. ? TV viewers have seen in Big Boss that big celebs constantly indulge in bickering, cat fights, badly shouting, mudslinging and sometimes getting physical on trivial matters – showing thereby that their inflated egos are main villains.
Like it is said that नेकी कर और कुएँ में डाल, so should we apply this to bad behaviour, bad memories or bad incidents because LIFE IS TOO SHORT.
    * As you have rightly said : it is easier said than done. We have to consciously inculcate this trait which is conspicuous with its absence even in some saintly persons but can be observed in some ordinary people.
    * Thank you ma’am for taking the listeners on a thought provoking journey in every episode.
    Warm regards.
    G Arora.

    1. Sumedha says:

Dear Anjali, thanks is a very small word for such a beautifully scribbled appreciation. Am grateful. Regards

    Thank you for giving us sequel of Forgiveness n antidote of Expectations – *Letting go*. कभी हम victim mode or कभी culprit mode में झूझते हुए low vibrations में आ जाते हैं और शिकायतें एक life pattern बन जाती हैं।

    *No problem can be solved from the same level of consciosness that created it* कितना सही बताया है आपने।

*Your Peace is more important than driving yourself crazy trying to understand why something happened the way it did. Let it go*
    *I let go and I let Love….
Then I let go and I found life*.

*If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down*

*Closure happens right after you accept that letting go and moving on is more important than projecting a fantasy of how the relationship could have been*.

Really *Travel Light* should be the mantra of life to feel love, peace and harmony in life.Today, tomorrow n forever…

Thank you very much for giving a beautiful insight into very difficult feeling of letting go and giving solution to how to do it in a very smooth, simple and impactive way as usual.
Looking forward for your next life changing podcast…

  11. RP Malhotra says:

    1. Sumedha says:

      Pranam sir, very well said..regards
