Fatigue– Low Battery Alert
That feeling of just shutting down, no energy to engage in a dialogue or the willpower to work. Tiredness and burnout does not just affect our physical body but our emotional and mental well being as well. The moment this fatigue seeps deep into our mind, heart and bones is when we cease to function entirely. The burnout depletes our energies and dims the shimmer of our soul. We, as conscious beings, need to pause a moment, breathe and evaluate our body and mind’s battery level.

Fatigue is not always being tired. When you are tired you can regain energy by sleeping, but fatigue can remain when you wakeup. Fatiuge is often caused not by work, but worry, frustrations and mental pressure…🎉💐👌🙏🏻

The entire life tires one out..its the continuous effort of keeping your spirits up saps your energies but yet one has to move on.. and find ways to give this old, tired life new meanings..there are flowers , pets, books and many other creative and social activities which can help in restoring one’s energies but even then it remains a big effort..so smile and go on..
