ऊर्जा अपरिमित – Episode 20

Let Suffering Not Sap Our Energies

Why me? How is this fair? Do I deserve this?
Suffering, be it physical or emotional, causes a series of apprehensions in our minds. The seemingly catastrophic pain and the suffering it causes takes most people to a dark place where our vibrations are unduly low and suppressed. It is upon us to break free from the shackles of our suffering, to heal and to rebuild ourselves.
Come with me on today’s journey as the Universe moulds into a better place where all beings are free from pain and vibrating with the highest energies.

Join me in today’s episode as we experience the divinity that prayers have made possible.

Really…
Spiritual path is not easy…its really difficult to move in that time
    उम्मीद की रूपहली धूप .. वाह

It is true that suffering takes away all energy and peace of mind. But once we are out of that suffering, we feel stronger and maturer. We learn to remember God who is always ready to help us. You have explained everything so amazingly in this podcast. Thanks for your motivation .

Good Evening Mam/ Koti Koti Naman,

Today’s podcast message is very insightful and inspirational. Suffering makes us feel helpless as we turn cynic. People would be lying if they say they are strong enough to overpower suffering, as even strongest ones get impacted, though the extent may vary.

Yet, finding some way to express suffering is necessary so as to prevent it from sheening off our precious energies.

Your lecture reminded me of a quote from Robert Frost who, when once being interviewed, said he could sum up life in three simple words….
    “It goes on…”

Thanks for this episode…looking forward to the next episode.

Sufferings show is real way of life and make us down to earth. Personally i take it positively and none should expect life without suffering. So we should keep working and enjoy every moment of life. We tend to believe that the causes of suffering are exclusively somewhere outside only. We forget that our minds reinforce and intensify it to a great extent. You have highlighted how this basic misapprehension leads to a depletion of our energy. Prayer, as you have already explained in one of your recent podcasts, is a powerful way of dealing with this most common problem of our lives. Thanks for sharing your inspiring thoughts with us.

Superb mam. Such a beautiful explanation of pain and suffering. No doubt, nobody likes to suffer but it is inevitable. So the best we can do is to learn managing it in order to minimise the pain. The moments of suffering and pain actually strengthen us and also help us identify our real wellwishers who can feel the pain inside us and help us come out of it. Regards.
