आपने एक अच्छा विषय उठाया है।सच तो यह है कि आज अभिव्यक्ति की कला सिखाने पर बहुत बल दिया जा रहा है,लेकिन श्रवण की भी एक कला है, इस और अक्सर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता।सही सुनने वाला ही बेहतर वक्ता बन सकता है।
यों भी आजके परिवेश में लोग क्लांइट/कस्टमर को सुनने को तैयार रहते हैं,लेकिन दोस्तों, परिजनों और विशेषरूप से घर के बड़े-बुजुर्गो को सुनने की क्षमता व धैर्य खो बैठते हैं।वास्तव में आज किसी के पास किसी को.अकारण सुनने का समय.ही नहीं।लाभार्थ ही सन सकते हैं।
आज बहुत करीबी लोग आपके पास बैठने व सुने जाने के लिए तरसते रहते हैं;लेकिन बाजारवाद ने मानव को धनार्जन की मशीन बना दिया है।अतः उसके पास कैरियर को.निखारने के अतिरिक्त उसके लिए बाकी सब अवांछनीय होता जा रहा.है।
